On hearing that a vessel was ashore in Wick bay we proceeded from the harbour to the North shore where a trawler was on the rocks. Heavy seas were breaking over the ship and we picked up one man which was washed overboard. The L.S.A. arrived and got 5 men off. Later we veered down and rescued skipper who jumped in to the water from the rigging, he was last so we proceeded to harbour.
