Motor Working 3 Hours Wind SE State of Sea Heavy
In response to wireless S O S message from an unknown station, Boat proceeded to sea in SE direction to search for unknown vessel. Sighted unknown vessel lying hove-to. When about 1 mile from vessel she got underway and proceeded in a Southerly direction, after showing signals which we could not read owing to visibility. Boat returned to moorings in Harbour.
