Boat launched in response to signal off distress from vessel (GY 201 - "Dragon") ashore at west side of Duncansby head, on arrival at wreck we found a Rocket Apparatus had made contact with ship. We stood by until we received a signal from shore saying, all members of crew were safely landed on beach, in the meantime the longhope lifeboat arrived on the scene. We then returned to Wick harbour. Later boat returned to boat shed all correct.
